TB Spot Interferon-gamma (ELSP 5540)
TB Spot Interferon-gamma (ELSP 5540)
is a CE/IVD EliSpot assay, also known as Interferon-γ-Release-Assay (IGRA), for the diagnosis of acute and latent infection with Mycobacterium tuberculosis by using antigens, which are not present in BCG-vaccination strain and therefore cause no cross reactivity at vaccinated persons.
AID GmbH also offers Reader Systems for the automated analysis of the TB Spot IFN-g assay results.
